1. Payment Methods

➢ Credit Card Payment:
You can pay directly online using a credit card.

➢ ATM Transfer:
Bank transfer is available to the account of Kuang Chuan Marketing Co., Ltd.

➢ Online ATM:
Payment via internet banking is accepted.

➢ Convenience Store Pickup without Payment:
Items can be picked up at the store without upfront payment.

2. Delivery Services

Once your order details are confirmed, we will begin the shipment process through convenience store logistics.

Shipping will proceed on regular business days (excluding national holidays).

Unless otherwise specified in special event announcements on our website, shipping policy is as follows:

1. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted at checkout.

※ Convenience Store Pickup:
Available at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Hi-Life. Shipping fee is NT$70.

This service allows you to pick up your order without prepayment.
You must present valid identification when picking up your package. Please ensure that the name and details in the order form match your ID.
Please collect your package within 7 days (including holidays). If not picked up in time, the convenience store will return the parcel.

3. Returns & Refunds

No returns or refunds are accepted once the payment is confirmed.
